Local and nationwide coverage

In addition to our own Berkshire-based technicians, over the past decade we've built up a network of approved installers across the UK - the Snug Network [open in new window]. All the members are trained by us and install Insta materials using the techniques we've developed, with our guidance and quality assurance.

This gives us nationwide reach while keeping the carbon footprint of each installation to a minimum.

Significant and secure CERT/CESP funding

By working with a number of energy supplier partners we're able to provide competitive and secure CERT or CESP funding to support projects of all sizes.

We're already preparing to take advantage of Green Deal and Energy Company Obligation funding when CERT and CESP come to an end in December 2012.

InstaLink

InstaLink, our bespoke web-based IT system, is central to our effective control and management of customer data. Robust, flexible and secure, the system allows us to get a real time view of installation activity at any given moment, giving us complete centralised control.

Management reporting and financial controls

Using InstaLink, we can tailor management reporting to meet the requirements of each partner. In addition, by adapting InstaLink's capabilities, we're able to provide unrivalled financial controls to manage any third party funding.

Project management and administration

We can provide comprehensive project management resources and expertise to aid the successful delivery of energy efficiency projects, both national and local.

Quality assurance and technical support

All the insulation products our own technicians and Snug Network installers use have been designed or specified by the experts at InstaGroup. We also provide network members with robust and comprehensive training, quality assurance and technical support, to ensure all their work meets our high standards.

Call centre capability

We're able to offer call centre support to deal with the response to large-scale insulation promotions. Our professional operators will ensure all the enquiries that result from your campaign are correctly allocated.
