Network members work locally, with the national technical support and quality assurance of InstaGroup. We provide members with an iPad app that makes the energy efficiency survey, the recommended solutions and the quote for the install straightforward and understandable.

Network members are approved to apply for funding for customers and Local Authorities through the Energy Company Obligation scheme (ECO). This government-backed grant can cover the cost of installing home energy efficiency improvements such as insulation and new heating systems.

We can provide efficient sign-off for installations through our own Retrofit Designers and Retrofit Co-ordinators.

All products and systems installed by the Network are guaranteed for quality of workmanship.

Installations are approved and covered by industry bodies including the Cavity Insulation Guarantee Agency (CIGA), the Solid Wall Insulation Guarantee Agency (SWIGA) and the NIA (National Insulation Association).

All Network members offer a 25-year warranty for Cavity Wall and Solid Wall insulation and a 5-year guarantee on all new boilers from Worcester, Bosch.

The Network helps local communities to improve home energy efficiency by installing insulation, glazing and renewable energy systems, and by upgrading heating. Our members often work on Local Authority projects to warm up social housing. Ask if grants are available in your area.
