InstaGroup is proud to announce that our External Wall Insulation system InstaClad has been awarded Innovation status, with a 25% uplift for funding in ECO4 and the Great British Insulation Scheme.
InstaClad awarded 25% uplift
Innovation status was awarded in recognition of InstaClad’s performance, as the system demonstrates an improvement over comparable measures currently deliverable under ECO.
Allows funding for homes with a D-rated EPC
With the 25% uplift in extra funding, the Innovation award means thousands more homes can now benefit from InstaGroup’s External Wall insulation.
The increase also allows installers to fit InstaClad on Social Housing with an EPC at level D. Previously, only E-, F- and G-rated properties were eligible, but following the Innovation award many previously untouched D-rated properties will qualify for InstaClad.
